Worst Week is an American sitcom television comedy which premiered on CBS, September 22, 2008. It is the American adaptation of the British sitcom The Worst Week of My Life. It is not the first time this show has been adapted for American audiences. A pilot was ordered by the Fox network and was developed between 2005-2006 called Worst Week of My Life by Regency TV. The show failed to materialize however, and was not broadcast.It was later re-adapted by Universal Media Studios for NBC. The British version of the program is shown on BBC America.
